If you’re seeking a place to continue (or start?) your fitness journey complete with accountability, support, motivation, and a community to cheer you on, you’ve come to the right place. I’ll bring all my passion, energy, enthusiasm, and training to help you meet your fitness goals. I’m on this journey with you — your biggest cheerleader is right here waiting for you. 

I’m proud to say I create classes, programs, and a space that is supportive, encouraging, and motivating for my clients. The opinions, thoughts, and feedback from my clients matter to me. I’m dedicated to providing what every individual client needs to the best of my ability, even within a group class or program.

I have so many clients tell me that, “I had the worst day and was not in the mood for class, but I’m so glad I took it anyway because now I feel great!” The reality is, when everyone shows up, everyone wins. We share energy, support, and together celebrate goals achieved — big and small.

What’s in It for You?

Results. My clients get great results. I teach from a 360° viewpoint and you won’t take the same class twice. I love using my creative energy to create new and interesting classes that are fun, engaging, and challenging. Variety is a highly effective way to get excellent fitness results.

Support. Empowering people is really important to me. I want to know each of my clients — their challenges and their joys — so I can be the best health coach and mentor I can be.

Community. Creating a community and a safe place so my clients can achieve their goals safely, steadily, and in a way that keeps them motivated is vital. I like to think I’m building a giant family of love where we all respect, encourage, and support each other on our individual health journeys. I always provide time after each class for members to connect with me and each other if they want.

Mentoring. I’m highly trained and passionate about what I do. It makes me happy to help others find ways to make their lives better, happier, and healthier. I won’t be waving pom poms during class, but I AM your cheerleader. I’ll be with you the whole way. No matter your level of fitness, there’s a place for you at d2R!

About Jennifer Santospago

Just like you, I am always working on my own ongoing investments to stay healthy. I’m the mother of two children and struggled over the years, like most of us, with my own health and fitness. I learned that getting different results is all about taking responsibility to change your lifestyle, which, of course, isn't easy to do alone. Making big changes takes tons of planning and action as well as motivation and support. That's why I started dreams 2 Reality — to help you get fitness results and make lifestyle changes right alongside me. 

My coaching style is different from that of a typical gym, where trainers may not mind if you don’t show up. All my members bring something to classes — we support and energize each other! I also prefer long-term commitments, as my coaching focus is on facilitating complete lifestyle changes rather than achieving a fast, short-lived goal. 

Those who know me and have worked with me have called me an energy coach, a kindness coach, and a positive-transformation expert. I’m dedicated to the idea and execution of my members receiving the care, encouragement, and accountability they need. I do this by combining the three major aspects of a person’s health — the mind, body, and core — in all my classes and programs. I am well-known for getting results, and my energy, passion, and motivational skills are highly regarded among my current members.

Training & Certifications

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor (certified with Athletics and Fitness Association of America™ (AFAA), an organization approved by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a leader in the fitness industry.) I’m dedicated to continuing my education and keeping all my credentials active! I also take time to research the body, muscles, and latest fitness finds. I avidly study the work of physical therapists so I can develop rehabilitative routines. I also possess a background in psychology and am a Certified Health Coach from the highly accredited and science-based Dr Sears Wellness Institute.
